A very thorough and well done “minimalist menu” that doesn’t go cheap on nutrition. It assumes you have enough cooking skills to make your own bread from scratch and so on, but it’s all very reasonable.

Smart idea for AOL to promote Hilary Kramer, but it feels almost like a Motley Fool part deux — it was a successful concept in the 1990’s, maybe it’ll work again now.
